Milestones and Visitor Data
Some time during my move, this weblog crossed the 200,000 visit mark. It took about 23 months since I made the blog public. The second 100,000 mark took only 6 months compared to 17 months for the first.
My traffic is up after being down a bit during the summer. I also seem to have gotten a jump in traffic this week due to the election since I am getting about 200 more visitors per day than the usual.
October was the highest traffic month with more than 22,000 visitors doubling the traffic from a year ago. The bandwidth usage for my domain (most of it for the weblog) is now around 2.5 GB/month.

Yup, I’m one of the visitors from China that originally got here through a Google search on Procrastination. But then, I kept reading, it’s pretty interesting :)

Have always found intersting topics on your blog. may it prosper better than ever.

Impressive… But, I see some critical gaps in your readership. The glacier bound Greenlanders, herdsmen of Mongolia and peoples of central Africa live without the wisdom of your blog :). Who will go forward with fiber optic cable in one hand and laptop in the other? Who will take the light of Procrastination to the respective cold, dusty and simmering dark places? Ha!

Emile: Thank you amnd keep reading.
Moiz: Thanks.
Captain: I must conquer the digital divide.

Not bad. I just turned over 200,000 myself, but you might reach 300,000 before I do. Keep up the good work.
