Well that and he <span class="caps">ALWAYS </span>has to bring up his <span class="caps">POW </span>story. I mean seriously…he should just type up his resume and in big bold font 68 say “i was a <span class="caps">POW</span>”. I’m hoping the next one is more interesting. Clinton did not need to “beat” Bush Sr on foreign policy in the sense of getting higher ratings in a poll question on it. What he needed to do was to be plausible as commander in chief. Once voters were reassured on that point, they could vote for him based on the economy.</p> <p>Same with Obama.
