I thought you were going to Karachi for some R&R? Why don’t you get some photographs there?
I have been to Karachi millions of times, but mostly as a transit stop. The most time I have spent in Karachi is 1-2 days or more typically a few hours. But my brother and his wife live there nowadays. I’ll try to get him to send me some pictures.

Very few pictures of Karachi, but here are some pictures of Pakistan. It’s a side of Pakistan not many people see.

As me dad would say, Owl lives in a khayali dunia. I’ve BEEN planning a trip to Karachi all year. As a matter of fact, I’m probably always planning to be elsewhere. But in reality, here I am, stuck in Isb, doing my work thang. Yeah, and plus, I don’t think I’d be able to wander around the colorful spots of Karachi snapping pictures. T’would be a disaster of the greasiest kind.

Absolutely stunning photos.

KO: I don’t know if you noticed but there is an image here from the Offroaders Club.
yasmine, Roberta: Kashmir’s a really beautiful place. I have only been to the Mirpur area (Pakistani Azad Kashmir) and Skardu (Pakistani Northern Areas). These great images belong to quite a few photographers. I just collected them from the web. I do have some nice photos from Skardu, but I am not sure if they are in Jersey or Islamabad.
Owl: Wake up and go smell the oil in Karachi before it is gone (the oil, not Karachi). :-)

Zack: No I hadn’t noticed :-)
Pictures just don’t do the area justice though, you have to be there with the sounds and the heavenly clean air…

Whoa, Subhanallah. Now what I wanna see is some pics of Karachi. That city has character.
