We watched Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl this week. It is an entertaining movie and was fun to watch. Johnny Depp and Keira Knightley were both difficult to recognize. We didn’t realize Keira was the same actress as the tom-boyish soccer player Jules in Bend It Like Beckham.
We also watched American Wedding. After all, if you have watched the first two, you might as well watch the third one. This one was definitely better than American Pie 2. It did have a few funny moments, but not much new from the original jokes.
One scene in American Wedding was extremely disgusting. I am usually not affected by movies. I am amused at people who cry during emotional scenes. In fact, I was probably one of the few people who were amused at most of the audience crying during Artificial Intelligence: AI. But there is this scene in American Wedding at which I almost barfed.

yeah, people find some of the jokes barfalicious, but i’ve become pretty much desensitized, so while others puke, i laugh, and i laugh, and i laugh.
